I find the recommendation of bromelain interesting. As far as I know, it is

an enzyme found in pineapple, and is believed to be anti-inflammatory. Lots

of dog people give bromelain to dogs with gingivitis. So, , even if

it doesn't help with rosacea, your gums will be happy!
