Cathy's photos-upper palate widened-info pls

Hello everyone, I just browsed some photos and saw Cathy's pics. I

have question about upper palate widened. Does it have to be done

through surgery ? or can it be done with braces ? I had upper and

lower jaw surgery a year ago to fix my overbite and still not happy

with my narrow or pointing shape of my jaws. The bite is fine now..

just the shape and makes me still look rather gummy and puffy.

Any info on palate widened would be appreciated.
