Guest guest
I have a fantasy, of opening a small pension boot camp to get peple clean of carbs. One week stay, no more, no less, no excuses. Everyone does their own cooking/protein. Nobody gets carbs for a week, but learns at least three relaxation techniques THAT WORK for them. Carbs cause relaxation. They are the equivalient of tranquilizer cigarettes. Relora, relaxora is a calming combo. We stay up late. Rock and roll is our exercise. Bring your free weights. No bs, no arguing. Just dancing, laughing and learning to release stress. love, ceep In a message dated 3/25/03 3:27:02 PM, Graduate-OSSG writes: Subject: RE: Hi, need help It sounds all too familiar.
