Guest guest
Had my first followup today, -27 pounds. Staples were removed, blood pressure probably 4 points off Systolic and Diastolic numbers. Need to stretch out protein a little more and need to be more aware of fluid intake. Otherwise, feeling good and looking forward the coming weeks. No nausea thus far and able to tolerate most anything new. Always looking for new recipes for the interim 4 weeks, all ideas are welcome, thanks. >Ray
