I am guessing you're not regreting it. I was going to have upper and

lower but when the surgeon did my composite drawing. He said it

brought my chin up enough that I won't need my lower jaw advanced.

So, do you still have numbnes from the surgery?

I didn't have much numbness from the surgery - I was only a little

numb on the left corner of my chin, and it's pretty much gone now. It

still feels a little strange, but it's definately not numb anymore.

I'm not regretting it one bit. :)

Thanks for your reply. I am getting a little nervous as the day

approaches, but over all I am just ready for it to be over.

So, I can start the recovery.

No problem!

I know how you feel! I was really nervous right up to the surgery. I

dealt with my nerves by eating everything I could possibly want to eat

until the surgery day came, I put on a few pounds in the last couple

weeks, but they came right back off after the surgery. :)
