Guest guest
My feet and legs have been going to sleep too!! I'm so glad you posted this question. I've been wondering about it. I know I haven't been getting enough fluids, so maybe it does have something to do with being dehydrated? Guest guest
Have you had any blood work done to check on anemia or B12 deficiencies? I don't remember which vitamins but I know there is a couple vitamins and/or minerals that can cause symptoms like that if you become deficient so you might want to talk to your dr or nutrionist about your symptoms and go over your vitamin intake? Just a thought. Take care, Bridget Northam > My feet and legs have been going to sleep too!! I'm so glad you > posted this question. I've been wondering about it.
