Hi ,

I was having similar problems with tingling, numbness, and cramps. My doctor

prescribed Magnesium oxide. It is in the vitamin isle. It did me a world of

good. I take one a day.

By the way congrads on the weight loss. Keep up the good work.

My feet and legs have been going to sleep too!! I'm so glad you

posted this question. I've been wondering about it. I know I

haven't been getting enough fluids, so maybe it does have something

to do with being dehydrated?

Have you had any blood work done to check on anemia or B12

deficiencies? I don't remember which vitamins but I know there is a

couple vitamins and/or minerals that can cause symptoms like that if

you become deficient so you might want to talk to your dr or

nutrionist about your symptoms and go over your vitamin intake?

Just a thought.

Take care,
