I actually found the sabariatric website before my surgery when I was trying to do some online research. I thought it was very helpful. Am wondering though, what kind of portions your 3 meals a day consist of? Bcuz I can eat just as much as a " normie. " I always have to cut myself off; never get that full feeling.
