Guest guest
Hello Tammy, Everyone loses weight at a different rate, each of our bodies is unique. The other thing to remember is that it is normal to hit plateaus. You have lost an average of ten pounds per month. It sounds like you're getting plenty of exercice (definately more than me:) and you say you eat the right food but I wonder how many calories are you taking in a day? Have you had a followup recently with your dr or nutrionist? I'm wondering what they have said about your weightloss. One thing my nutrionist has told me is to add more protein when I'm in a slump. Hang in there and I'm sure you'll get lots of good responses from others on this board. Take care! Bridget Northam > I am new here. This is my first time.
