Guest guest
I'm sorry your gaining weight back. I'm sure thats something we all fear. It sounds like you've done pretty good though to have kept it off since 1998. I would also recommend you read the 'pouch rules for dummies' like recommended. The other thing is there a support group in your area and do you still have contact with your dr or nutrionist. I would check with your insurance and talk to your doctor and see if you can see a nutrionist to get back on track. Even your doctor should be able to help you. Even if you have to pay for the appt yourself its worth it to get back on track. Obviously you are capable of losing weight since you lost so much before. Just PLEASE don't intentionally purge. My dr said that is one of the quickest ways to get a hernia. Keep us posted and take care!
