SARPE is expansion of your pallate. Since your pallate is the base of

your nose, you can expect your nose to become a little wider. Mine

also did, the nostrils are a bit more " open " . My nose had always been

a little off (to the side) before the surgery but it was practically

unnoticable. That has become a bit more noticable (to me at least).

All in all it took 4 months to really see the result, since I had a

lot of residual swelling, plus the surgeon usually overexpands a

little, which is later corrected with braces. I am happy with my

overall result (also had lower advancement and chin reduction) but

still in braces for about a year.
