Guest guest
Throughout the day, my cheeks were burning/stinging red hot. I did all my usual tricks, like sucking on ice water, blasting the A/C, etc, but nothing worked. To make matters worse, I had an appointment with a trainer at the gym after work. Since I didn't want to lose $75 for not cancelling within 24 hrs, I decided to go. I was really worried about flaring even more, so I made sure I had lots of ice water. Well a few minutes into the workout, my cheeks started to actually cool down. By the end of the workout, my red cheeks had turned pink, and my face wasn't burning anymore. Strange.
