Guest guest
I have a consult on Friday for a Panni, and possible breast lift, or reduction. I am 26, and am a post op gastric bypass patient. I have lost 120 in the past year. I have a small apron below, and some sagging sking above my belly button. I really need the panni, and would like to do something about my breast, if they find it medicaly nessecary. Any advise? Guest guest
I've heard people who weren't satisfied with the outcome of the upper torso area, above the belly button, so make sure you convey your expectations very clearly to the doctor and they very clearly understand. Good luck, in Austin RNY April 1998 Plastics consult- any advise? > I have a consult on Friday for a Panni, and possible breast lift, or > reduction. > > Any advise? > > Beth > rny 03/11/02 > 281/

Guest guest
Beth, I made sure that I had as much information as possible to take with me. I made a list of meds I was on. I also made a list of problems I was having due to the excess skin, treatments I had had, where I had gotten treatment, etc. The more ammunition you give your plastic surgeon, the better prepared he is to get coverage from the insurance companies.
