Guest guest
You can get tapes at bookstores sometimes that have guided relaxation sessions. I had a little hypnosis done, so I got a copy of it. It can help. in Austin RNY April 1998 ----- Original Message ----- > ceep: > > Sign me up. Guest guest
Thanks for the info Dave. however, I think I'm hopeless. I've tried Tai-Chi and though respect it, couldn't get into it. I've tried a few other things that my friends tried to get me into, but can't seem to let go to relax. Always thinking about what I should be getting done while I'm trying to relax. I remember a few months ago Tim almost tied me down to the sofa, threw a book at me and told me to relax and do some pleasure reading. I ended up sneaking my text book and finished a paper that was due. Also, made a grocery list, cut coupons and made a list of things that I had to do over the course of the next few days and then decided to get a jump on those chores and started doing laundry and cleaned the bathroom. He came home from being out with the kids a few hours later and asked me if I was feeling well and rested. I giggled to myself, told him yes and thanked him for the alone time and went on with the rest of our day. Just can't seem to shut down, ever. Can't believe that I'm not a size 6. I never stop moving. : ) Regina YahooDave wrote: > You can get tapes at bookstores sometimes that have guided relaxation > sessions. I had a little hypnosis done, so I got a copy of it.
