Sweetie, we often get addicted to things that show us what our bodies need. I

don't know what lemon-and-salt means, but I bet someone does.

About the protein thing: if you need one meal a day, eat one meal a day. We

all have to do what works for us, is my opinion. I'll be mostly

protein-shakes-only for three days, but that's just because I know that works

for me. You'll find what works for you.
