12:05am here in OK, reporting in

Well, it's now 12:05am here in Oklahoma, so I'm reporting for duty.

Have just finished reading all the posts. I, too, think that most of

us are interested in our health, and aren't going to do something

that will hurt us. But it is good to know people are out there that

do worry about us. For me, I do need to get away from the carbs, in

my quest to be a " normal " eater, I picked up a carb monster on the

way, also. A little bread here, a chocolate truffle there, and yep!

Those dang 10 extra pounds are still there. Of course I'm using this

all protein days to stay away from my favorite Mexican restaurant,

also, as I've been hanging out there too much and consuming too many

chips and tomatillo salsa. So I'm using this to " get ahold " of

myself. And hopefully drop the coffee bug too. Hope to replace that

with water. And, I'll try the mocha cap samples I've still got from

Vitalady, thanks for that advice , I take it that it's better

than me mixing my Proscore choc with coffee? ;-)

Was hoping that when I got in tonight a few of those 10 pounds would

have already headed south, but " fat " chance as they are still here,

even with only one foot on the scale! Heck I tried it frontwards,

backwards, one foot, still 10 lbs!

hi, ceep reporting in from The Rockies at 12:45 am. Today and for 3

days it is my intention to have protien shakes, solid protein of

various types like grilled chili pepper tofu, and salads and a little

bit of fresh fruit. This for me is ultra healthy eating and keeps my

fragile blood sugar stable. this is what works for me. oh and coffee,

a vente a day. Thanks Ann for setting the proper example (grin).

There, that's it.

My dh heard me talking to my dd about protein days, and thought I was

saying pro-teen daze and was afraid I was going to dye my hair purple,

start chewing bubble gum and get a tattoo (again.) (grin)
