Sharon I hear you loud and clear. I have exhibited that kind of behavior all

my life. Right before I totally succeeed at something I put the brakes on. I

lost 258 lbs and right before I got to my goal I started grazing; after

grazing I started grazing food that was not good for me. I was a diabetic

and now I don't take my sugar but eat sugar every day. If I am not careful I

will be back in harms way. Now, is that denial or what? I am in harms way but

just for today I was ok. I think I am going to join WW for the last 50 lbs.
