My doctor is big on the beef jerky. He loves that stuff for snacking because you

have to chew it up really well and it is high protein and lower fat and there is

a bunch of different flavors. My hubby and I have taken to making our own jerky

to help me maintain my protein. - Krys

Is there something I should know about sugar free hard candy? I eat it daily.

hi nora. cheese, turkey jerky, sunflower seeds, s/f hard candy(just a

couple, sorbitol, ya know), there's a great prot bar recommended by a

friend called Strive. 3 net carbs, 20 gr prot.

after choking down a couple dozen different brands, this is the best

by far.
