He loves that stuff for snacking because you have to chew it up really well and it is high protein and lower fat and there is a bunch of different flavors. My hubby and I have taken to making our own jerky to help me maintain my protein. - Krys to go snacks can anyone give me some suggestions on to go food. like bars, or nuts, any thing good from the atkins stuff. i need more to go snacks. i don't eat much still so i thought potien bars would be good. what kind? and where to get them? does anyone eat nuts? what kind if so? just anything handy to throw in my purse. nora ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
