Hey Fay,

Girl, you did good and are still doing good! The fact that you didn't

even crave carbs is great... the carbs you did eat are GOOD FOR YOU. I

remember my past failed attempts at Atkins... day 3, 11am feeling like

an utter zombie and scarfing the 3 leftover, cold, spongy pancakes my

roomate had left on the counter from breakfast. Salad wouldn't have

done it heh.

First it was a salad. Okay not too bad. Now it is watermelon. together

I did my best. But the one thing I can't take is utter fatigue. It is

funny, I didn't even crave the carbs.

I'm a big fan of protein, as long as it's chocolate, of course. But not 0

carbs, at least healthy ones. You don't need a LOAF of 12 grain bread, but

1/2 slice with your salad is FINE, IMHO.

Protein is the endurance, the carb is the get up TO endure. And it doesn't

take much.
