The fact that you didn't even crave carbs is great... the carbs you did eat are GOOD FOR YOU. I remember my past failed attempts at Atkins... day 3, 11am feeling like an utter zombie and scarfing the 3 leftover, cold, spongy pancakes my roomate had left on the counter from breakfast. You don't need a LOAF of 12 grain bread, but 1/2 slice with your salad is FINE, IMHO. Protein is the endurance, the carb is the get up TO endure. And it doesn't take much. Thanks, Vitalady, Inc.
