Guest guest
I am 5 weeks out now and I'm starting to feel pretty good. I started using the Atkins shakes, just for breakfast, last week. My nutrionist wants me to gradually up my calorie intake. I know that getting enough protein in is the big thing! Can anyone else share what their daily calorie goal is? Was it too easy or difficult to increase your calories. I still can't eat much so I'm not getting enough calories in according to my nutrionist. Thanks!
