about to gradutate from my college classes in Office Administration.

I am 46 years old and my son is 21 now and on his own. I am so happy

know how all of you are doing. I am concerned how everyone is doing.

hi sheryl. exercise is a challenge, but i know if i don't embrace a

healthy lifestyle, it'll sabotage my progress & my precious surg.

good work w/ the walking. how about using a couple to hand weights

to work the biceps/triceps.

you've come a long way:-)

I am 5 weeks out now and I'm starting to feel pretty good. I

started using the Atkins shakes, just for breakfast, last week. My

nutrionist wants me to gradually up my calorie intake. I know that

getting enough protein in is the big thing! Can anyone else share

what their daily calorie goal is? Was it too easy or difficult to

increase your calories. I still can't eat much so I'm not getting

enough calories in according to my nutrionist.

Thanks!

Bridget
