Guest guest
, I was on Meridia for a few months.....it did not really help me, because my diet was not high in fats.....why are you on a 1400 cal/day diet? Are you pre-op?...I would say to do as you doc says....sherri ANYONE EVER TOOK MERIDIA!!! I wanted to know if anyone has ever took meridia and been successful, even if it was only 20 or 30 pds. Did it stay off and so n so.... I am on a 1400 a day cal diet, I only hit 1195 yesterday (told the doctor I didnt eat that much but he told me to make myself) I thought that was good. And all before 5 pm so I wouldn't eat late. My husband got home at 7 pm and made me eat 200 more cals. He said I needed to hit 1400 everyday........... Should I????
