A little stressed about the nose thing

Hi all,

I have been reading the posts about frustrations with how your faces

and noses have changed. I was wondering if there were any upper

SARPE patients that have had facial changes/nasal changes as well.

Currently my ortho/surgeon plan on putting me in braces (again!) for

a year and then doing a SARPE and then braces for another 9-12

months. Should I expect a large amount of facial changes? I don't

believe the SARPE is going to be extensive. It is supposed to

correct a combination Class III and Class II malocclusion and help

with my TMJ problems which are aggravated by the malocclusion.
