Guest guest
Hi , I think you are doing fantastic on your weight loss. Everyone is different and losses on a different scale but it looks to me like you are doing great! I am only 3 month out and I feel like I pig out sometimes too. I am suppose to eat 6 times a day and it makes me feel like all I do is eat. (My blood sugar is low) I also would love to find a protein drink that I can at least tolerate. I told my mom the other day that I feel like my body just rejects the imitation protein and only prefers the protein from real food. Cause i can take 2 sips of a protein drink and then I will start to feel sick to my stomach. Try walking for some exercise or riding a bike. Or is there something that you enjoy doing? Swimming? Water Aerobics? Keep your chin up and focus on the positive. You are doing great! Take Care Shelley D 9/25/03 - Open RYN 236/176/140 > Hello! I am sort of new here. My name is . Guest guest
, asking questions here is NEVER a bother! It's how we all learn to get through this process as easily as possible, with better knowledge. I think your weight loss is great! 81# is wonderful! I'm a little jealous that you're 27 and have little excess skin....but I'm glad you found a way at your age to get rid of the excess weight and avoid the medical complications that come with it. To me, even at 6 weeks, 3 triscuits w/cheese doesn't sound like too much. However, I haven't tried it yet, but it sounds good. I've taken to weighing my protein so I know how much I'm getting. If you can't drink the shakes, maybe the protein bars would work for you. I've also heard on here recently a novel way to get extra protein by adding powdered gelatin to hot drinks for 6 gms. extra protein. It's on my shopping list. I don't think there is a " best " type of exercise to begin with. Exercise in any form to start with it wonderful. For spot toning, the exercise bands are good and I've been hearing more lately about weight training. Guest guest
n, glad I could help. Often it's me that needs to hear it. It's much easier to feel that way when you're losing! LOL Wouldn't it be wonderful to lose it all TODAY! On the other hand, maybe not....I need to learn a lot more about the process so I'm ready to really work when I get to my goal. Reading everyone's comments each day help solidify in my mind what I must do, because I refuse to gain this back. I know it's my last chance, and I feel too good getting healthier.
