Guest guest Posted July 1, 2002 Report Share Posted July 1, 2002 I never experienced any direct benefits from saltwater, but when I lived in Casper, Wyoming, many years ago, I always noticed major improvement in acne and blackheads when I would spend a day up at the hot springs in Thermopolis. I'm guessing the sulfur had something to do with it. I was in my mid-20s at that point and was only experiencing the occasional flushing and nasal redness.
