Guest guest
Hello! I am sort of new here. My name is . I am 27 years old and weighed 270 pounds before my surgery. I had the RNY surgery done on August 1st, 2003. I am now down to 189 pounds. I feel as though I am " pigging out " lately though. I feel as though I am always hungry. I eat things like 3 triscuits with melted cheese and salsa. Is this normal? I would really like to start to drink the protein shakes, but just cannot find one that I like. Any suggestions? Also, I was wondering what the best type of exercise would be to start doing? I do not seem to have a lot of extra skin, but would like to improve the belly area, and thighs. I am sorry to bother with these questions. I sometimes get down on myself and think that I am not doing so well, and perhaps should have lost more weight than I have. Any suggestions that anyone may have would be really helpful. Thanks a lot!
