Guest guest
The exercise bands....you can buy them almost anywhere now. I saw some at Target this week. I went to a sporting goods store and they come in strengths. You start with the least resistance. I bought 3 of them. I've used a form of them for years with a chronic bad neck (computer doesn't help me). They were $10. apiece, but I've seen them cheaper. The best ones to get have a handle on both ends. Guest guest
hi crystal, after you get your doc's clearance, i highly recommend working w/ a personal trainer. esp when it comes to weights, i needed instruction/direction/babysitting to make sure i didn't get injured. happy & fit new year! lori h. 20 grateful months out > Wanting to add something more to walking to my daily exercise but can not > make it to the gym yet.
