The only time constipation has been a prob. for me is when I don't

get enough water. I understand that many other people have issues

with it though. My list of post op recommedation is to take 30cc of

milk of mag. or senakot pills. You might want to see what your dr.

I definitely notice it!!! The doc had me start eating a fibrous cereal

every other day for breakfast. Can't eat much of it mind you but it seems

to do the trick.

Sherri, I too get a bit constipated at times. I have re-discovered

Acidiphilous tablets which I take 2 of every other day. This not only

regulates my bowels, but because it is a friendly intestinal bacteria,

it keeps any odors at bay as well as keeping my insides clean and in

good balance. Before I remembered how helpful acidiphilous was, I was

drinking a cup of tea called Smooth Move. It's made with Senna leaves

which is a natural laxitive and the tea tastes great!
