Does anyone know? There is no real commonality, even more so than before we had gastric bypass surgery. For me, with my DS, I need to drop my calories to around 1500 per day to lose weight, and that will take me down 1-2 lbs. per week if I maintain that eating level. By the way, I know exactly what you mean about indulging that little kid " because you can. " Did it for many months, almost like I was challenging my body to lose weight given what I was putting in it.
