I see in Dr. Nase's nutrition therapy, he suggests:

Grape seed extract. – 150 to 300 mg per day in divided doses

Pycnogenol – 50 to 200 mg per day in divided doses.

The grape seed tablets I've seen, claim to be equivalent to 1200 mg

of grapeseed.

The Pycnogenol capsules I've seen, claim to be equivalent to 1200 mg

of pinus paster.

These are way above the recommendations for divided doses.

What `obvious' mistake have I made?
