Ok just some other things to think about. The amout of protien your body will

absorb is about 30g per sitting. BUT that also depending on your blood work.

If your Numbers are off for example B1 B6 I think there are cdouple more

vitamins. But those determine how well your body will break down absorb and Use

the protien. If you are not up to par with all your other levels you wont absorb

the full values no matter how much you drink. So for anyone who is a fairly

new post op I would advise getting blood work done by at least 2 months. My 1st

set of labs was done 6 weeks out then at 12 weeks i just had more labs drawn

and will have blood drawn every 2-3 months. If my weight loses slows to a

plateau or I am sick additional bloodwork will be done. By keeping all your

numbers in the ranges they should be you will get the most from the protien.
