Guest guest Posted April 15, 2003 Report Share Posted April 15, 2003 Okay, so, I got up this morning, no plans to do this protein thing, but, I thought, what the hell. I didn't need to do this, no real reason... I'm underweight, I workout all the time, I build muscles, some pretty big nice one's. I even have a 3-pack (haven't made it to a six pack yet). I eat good proteins, never any sugar and very minimum carbs, and most of those are from complex sources. I drink way too much water, between 8 and 12 liters a day.... That's a buttload of water (i'm expecting water intoxication any day now), plus several diet dr. peppers and at least one cup of coffee a day. I did a protein shake for b'fast, right before the gym. I did a protein shake after the gym, and then two at work from 3-11pm. I got home and I ate... I had a whole egg and one egg white, scrambled with three different types of cheeses and 1/2 a boneless, skinless grilled chicken breast and a couple tablespoons peanut butter with some sugar free strawberry jelly.....Did I blow it? HELL NAW!!!! I did nothing wrong, I ate what I wanted, a little too much, my belly aches now, but I ate good food that my body needed.... What will I eat tomorrow??? Hmmmm, who knows.
