I guess with me it is the slow progress and time to think that is making me wonder a bit. Since I started 12 months ago, my bite has improved immensely and only 1/3 of the way through. I still have a long way and plenty of time to decide whether or not to take the extra step. Thanks for your experience with glucosamine. My wife has been taking this for about 8 months with little change. The trial I mentioned was for the glucosamine chondroitin cream. I have suggested she increase the dosage but she is really suffering. Right hand(ed) too. She had surgery on her left for the same problem. You are correct about this being a problem for aging women.
