I don't know if this is the same thing but I am 2 months post op and

the feeling in my upper mouth is just now, and very slowly, coming

back. The top of my mouth vibrates when I laugh and several of my

teeth are so sensitive that I can barely brush them. It seems to be

the teeth that have the rubberbands on them so I hope that my ortho

takes them off next week.

I had smililar " aches " in a lot of my teeth, my surgeon said it was

most likely due to the nerves waking up and not to worry unless it

continued for a long time or got unbearable. It went away in about a

week in my case. I seem to recall reading about this from other

people as well in the past. It was most annoying at night, but not

unbearable.
