tooth pain and sensitivity

Hi all it's Helen again. I am just over 5 weeks post-op and am still

tightly banded (so no mouth opening) and for the past 3 or 4 days I

have had tooth sensitivity on one or maybe more of my farthest back

lower molars. The teeth ache with either cold or hot but they are

also achey (the pain like a toothache).

I hope that this is from my bite coming into place (and maybe

clenching at night) but I'm worried that I have gotten a cavity

because I haven't been able to brush inside my teeth. The pain is

not unbearable so will just stick it out until next Thursday when I

get unbanded by my OS.

I was just wondering if anyone else had this experience?
