good news about quitting Centrum

Just to tell you what I hope is final chapter of Centrum vitamins, that came

out near whole, 20 of them out of my precious body over a five day period of

time. (understand this was five whole days AFTER I stopped taking them) As

you recall, had to go to hosp with severe pain last month. No diagnosis.

About 10 days ago, something cut me as it came out. I was bleeding, and so

'went into it' so to speak and found sharp edged undissolved vitamin tablets

in, uh, well you know.

Here is the good news. Have not passed one for four days now. (Stopped taking

them 10 days ago) Here's the better news. Since changing from chewables to

Centrum four months ago, have had a terrible time with constipation. Well, no

more. Am perfectly fine again in that department since about four days ago. I

think something in the tablet leached water from my body somehow. It is too

complicated I think. But, I am doing NOTHING different than before except NOT

taking the Centrum.

anywya, that's my anecdotal info for now. No response required. just wanted

to tell you.
