Guest guest
Joan you will have residual levels. Depending on several factors will kinda determine how long before your body regulates an gives you better idea of b/p. Everyone tho needs to remember that not drinkin enough over time will drop blood pressure even without the signs of dehydration

Guest guest
Absolutely water has an effect on blood pressure. That was the first thing that jumped out at me. I've been keeping track of my weight, amount of water, and amount of protein I get, and since 11/18 I've only lacked 2 cups on 2 different days. But making sure I'm getting enough, I've been getting extra now. I wondered about the residual, and guess I'll just take it a day at a time and see. Thanks for the info. I searched and searched and couldn't find out if it stayed in your system, the way many drugs do. Thanks so much!
