Guest guest
Carole Anne, I am 2 1/2 months post op and my OS said to try to work at getting my jaw opened wider, but didn't tell me how. I've just been opening my mouth as wide as possible, but don't know if I'm accomplishing anything. So, I would love an email from you Carole Anne, if you wouldn't mind sending me the exercises from your PT, also. My email address is jcross3@... Also, good news! I have just begun to start to get a little feeling back in the right side of my lip and chin!!! That side has just taken much longer than the left. Thank you. The advice nurse suggested I keep up with exercising the jaw as much as possible and that physical therapy would probably be a good idea, but I can't go until I get a referral from the doc. You can e-mail me at aliciar (at)citationnorthern.com - Replace (at) with @- How are you measuring your opening? Just with a ruler or a measuring tape or is there something better? Thanks again. -- > > > > Hey Carole Anne, > > > > I read your previous posts and I am also having a lot of trouble > > with opening and with my joints.
