Guest guest
Hi everyone........ I just got an email update on my friend who had surgery yesterday. They said that she was in A LOT of pain and that they were trying to adjust her meds. Now for a year we have been saying that we were gonna have this surgery and now that she has had it, I'm thinking do I really still want to??? I wonder sometimes if I just buckle down and diet, if I will be okay. I don't know. I really want to have it (my date is April 2nd) but, then again, maybe I don't. And who will take care of my kids, my husband, my dogs?? We can't afford for him to stay at a hotel while I'm in the hospital so, he will probably come back home and I will be there all by myself. (not good for a co-dependant person such as myself). I'm really getting scared. Is there some way of me overcoming it?? I mean I have come so far, I don't want to back out now but, I just get this icky feeling in the pit of my stomach when I think about the surgery. I also have this horrible fear of going to sleep and never waking up. HELP!!! in MI 325 pre-op Mom to iel-5 and Maylynn-
