Can anyone email me with the pouch rules, I feel that im a failure to

this surgery and myself? I dont want to regain all my weight and have

the problems that I had prior to this surgery.

Btw I had my surgery in NH of Oct 11, 2001 beginning weight 396 and

now 250lb. I also had the open rny. Im lactose intolarent, no red

meat

expect ham or roast pork. No sugar or high fat foods. Yep im very

restricted.

I get so confused with all the websites and how the hospital of where

I had my surgery want to have me on a balanced meal plan. They have

sent me to a nutritionest but again she has a different way of

telling me how to eat as well. Why cant everyone get on the right

track with this produre?

Sorry if im going on and on but just confused.
