tightening a screw post surgery

I am wondering if anyone has or has heard of anyone getting a screw

screwed in further after surgery. i have 25 screws, i can feel many

of them SLIGHTLY and it does not bother me at all. One, up by my

upper nose, below my eye, is sticking out so much that the tissue

area gets irritated just from washing face, applying makeup, etc. i

really tend to avoid that area, it still freaks me out when i feel

it.
