This is kinda what happened to my cousin, He was approved by his insurance

and had to have $950 dollars up front for the DR. medical assistant and

physic evaluation. My doctor didn't do those things so he switched doctors.

It took one day for them to switch the name on the approval letter. I would

just switch doctors. Even if it meant postponing it for a few months.

Because yesterday I got my hospital bill. Just for the 4 day stay it was $25

549.91. I would go where your insurance says. I had my WLS on Jan 13. a

week later he took the staples out and I had lost 9 lbs. I cant wait to be

able to see the weight loss. But I think 9lbs is a nice start.

US Bariatrics has finally gotten a surgeon in their Orlando area and

they do surgery at Florida Hospital at Celebration. ville and

Gainesville both have lots of doctors. Obesityhelp.com has lots of

info.
