Questions re: plastric surgery

Hi Everyone! I was wondering if there was a place I could find out

more about plastic surgery. I know its been discussed, but now I

can't find it. I am being referred to a plastic surgeon for my Panni

problem. I have lost over 180lbs in the past 2 years and I'm kind of

stuck. But my doctor thinks it would be good to get this hanging

skin off as it is really hurting my hips and back. Its a wierd

feeling, to have my hip bones ache. Anyway, I thought maybe if

anyone has had the surgery you could share with me. Is it necessary

to get a tummy tuck with a panni removal..or does that all happen at

once? And I wondered if anyone with blue cross blue shield in

Minnesota may be had plastic surgery done, did the insurance cover it?

Any experiences would be appreciated. Thank you all so much for all
