Ray, I am having this problem with nausea and taking vitamins, however, my

lab work shows bottomed out folate (B9) and EXTREMELY HIGH zinc. I am taking

NO zinc whatsoever, and in fact, was only getting vitamins IV for months

until recently I have felt strong enough in my head to be able to try it on

my own - without the IVs. The low folate shows still that I am in

malnutrition, along with not being able to absorb the protein, those levels

continue to drop, althugh they were as high as 7.2, now at 6.2, but albumin

is still low normal. calcium is also low - and started supplementing that.

Anyway, thanks for the help.
