Guest guest
I had the DS 3/22/01. My start weight was 324# and I currently range between 165-170#. My weight is very stable- regardless of what I eat or if I exercise. I have not had Plastic Surgery yet to remove the excess skin (waiting on approval). I am 5'7 " . My question is this- after the 2 years are up (loss window) do you find it easy still to lose weight simply by going back to the way of eating recommended (high protien very low carb)? I still eat high protien but I eat a ton of junk food too (little debbies, candy, cookies, icecream etc) and really have no problem maintaining my weight...but I am wondering if I cut out the junk food if I could easily drop another 10# or so? I am wearing some 8's, most 10's and loose 12's now, but would like my tight 8's to be loose 8's so I am considering going back on a " diet " ......anyone have experience with this? Thanks in advance for your replies... Sincerely, in Ga http://www.picturetrail.com/llatour
