First, thanks A TON to Judy in Austin for the " microwave pepperonis

for a snack " idea. I just nuked my first batch and loved 'em!! I

will be buying some more. I am craving salt right now (happens once

a month right on schedule!!!) and the pepperoni's have kept me out

of the potato chip bag.

Second, I don't like red meat or chicken very much but do like

seafood. I like grilled salmon but it is a bit pricey to cook every

night. Does anyone have any good salmon or seafood recipes? I love

shrimp and tuna (good tuna only!) too. I need something simple as I

work 2 jobs and don't have a lot of time to cook.

Any other simple protein ideas throw 'em out there. I am the QUEEN

of the microwave so let me know if you have a good one.
