Tara......I am not really sure what or why it is......but I get the same

thing a lot of the time when I drink my shakes. Sometimes I get real sick a

queasy feeling and sometimes real nauseous........if you mix it with

anything but water this might be the culprit too....... P.

Yep.. I started this whole craze about a year and a half ago with putting

sugar free choc. jello pudding mix in my shakes... Told everyone about it,

posted it to all the groups... Then.... Bam it started making me all

queasy... Like my sugar had bottomed out... sucked really... but now I use

the best shake in the world, PB55, no need to add anything, maybe some equal

or splenda, just cause I like it very very sweet.
