Are you saying that you may still opt to cancel your surgery based

on information you receive on this forum?

Each case is different... your surgeon is your best source of the

risks involved.

I personally regret doing my lower jaw advancement because i didn't

like the final look...the surgery was a success because my bite

lines up perfectly; however, i think i looked much better before the

surgery (my face looks thinner and longer)... i only had a 5mm

overjet before the surgery now think it was not worth the risk of

numbness ... by the way, i have full feeling in my lips and chin....

PLEASE NOTE: each person's situation is unique...it's futile trying

to extrapolate others' experiences...
