Guest guest
Well.. I made Shreaded Chicken Chili tonite for dinner. It was SOO Good.. I almost wished I had a bigger stomach so I could have eaten more! I used: 2 packets of Chili seasoning 4 4oz cans of plain tomato sauce 2 Cans of Dark red Kidney beans.. juice and all Dumped the above ingredients in my Crock pot.. set on High Put 2 large chicken breasts on the bone (about 1.5 lbs of chicken) in a corning wear and put in oven. Baked for about 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350. Let cool a bit on top of stove.. stir chili. Then.. I took the chicken off the bone and shreaded it. Chopped up some onions. Put in Crockpot and continue to cook on high for about another hour.. then turned down low until ready to eat. Top with Cheese. My husband had 2 huge bowls of it... so much for lots of left overs!!
