Anyone ever gotten an accurate timeframe estimation?

I'd just like to take a little survey here - have any of you had your

treatment, from ortho through to surgery and out of braces, estimated

accurately? I'm a bit upset at the moment because my ortho just added

on another three - four months before he says I'll be ready for

surgery. Aaaaarrrrgggg - what a pain (literally).
