I've taken the liquid post-op nutritional requirements recommended by my

doctor for 4 weeks and put them in gram/percentage form to see how everything

lays

out. I put it in www.fitday.com to make the calculations easy. How does

this compare to the rest of you?

Total Calories - 1140

Fat - 31 grams - 25%

Carbs - 123 grams - 44%

Protein - 85 grams - 31%

2% Milk - 5 cups/day

Carnation Instant Breakfast, no sugar added - 5 servings/day

Pro Mod Protein Powder - 5 scoops/day

Sugar free popcicles/jell-o, broth are optional and not added to these totals.
