I put it in www.fitday.com to make the calculations easy. How does this compare to the rest of you? Total Calories - 1140 Fat - 31 grams - 25% Carbs - 123 grams - 44% Protein - 85 grams - 31% 2% Milk - 5 cups/day Carnation Instant Breakfast, no sugar added - 5 servings/day Pro Mod Protein Powder - 5 scoops/day Sugar free popcicles/jell-o, broth are optional and not added to these totals.
