> Ya know, I didn't realize how much having a " normal " eater in the house

affected how I ate. When Charlie was pre-op, I seemed to eat, well, a lot

of junk. Bits of what I made for him for meals. Not necessarily what was

best for me.

doing my protein more regularly as well as vitamins, and, well, just don't

want to snack or graze because frankly there isn't anything here TO snack

on. I cleaned out the cupboards and fridge of all junk foods and donated

them to a neighbor.
